Frank and Jane Cronin were welcomed back from their campervan trip to New Zealand.
Davide updated us on Patrizia’s prognosis......all looking good so fingers crossed.
Paul Dixon was on hand giving a one-on-one tuition on the workings of the GPS. Several members availed of his services.
Ber, Dee and Ann Mc D. brought some “treats” in the form of cakes, biscuits and sweets. Thank you Ladies.......always appreciated.
Michael Galvin had a few queries about travel insurance. There was a short discussion and age seems to be a factor. Nessa is to investigate it with Billy Redmond.
John Tannam stepped in to assist Stephen in the kitchen. The social was well attended which had Stephen under pressure. (He will be interviewing for an assistant, offering minimum rate, and a gilt-edged pension for the right person......don’t all rush now......he is fussy about who he lets into his kitchen).
NOTE.
When making a booking for events or renewing membership, it’s important to ensure the relevant FORM accompanies it.
There are still places available for the Spanish holiday in September. Contact Dee McGinn or Paul Dixon if interested.
Several members are planning on going to the FIM Motocamp in Lucon, France in August. If interested contact me.
Members were advised to book early if planning on going to the new Mystery 500 in MAY.
The club communications are being updated and it is hoped to have it up and running by the end of the month. There is a lot happening in the club and the committee wants every member to know what's going on.
Donations to the charity box.....€50.00 many thanks.
Jim.
