• Everything is setup for all 3 Service Stations – Paul doing 1st checkpoint Macroom - Conor doing 2nd stage Newcastle West – Noel doing 3rd checkpoint Caherconlish

• Charity Box will be available on the Saturday night.

• Restaurant won’t take 63 people for dinner which means that some people will be dining in the

  bar. Need to be mindful to group people together at tables between the restaurant and the

  bar. Paul will go down early to walk around and see layout of hotel.

• There is a nice walk around hotel – John has details – 8.5k – Conor will look at it in case people

  are interested in doing it.

• Had to purchase an AIRBNB lodge on hotel grounds as we were oversubscribed.

• Oonagh has kindly offered to bring the DMTC merchandise - Martin O’Brien and Paul Dixon

  need their guitars brought down also.

• All tickets will be entered into the draw for each member but limited to ONE win per member.
