22 rooms booked including the 2 lodges – free room [suite with 4 poster bed] when 24 rooms booked – maximum of 30 rooms available – lodge price will be the same as single room €210 – single supplement is €340 inclusive of 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner.Andy to create route – suggestions: mileage 250k/4.5 hrs. max/use petrol stations as checkpoints [3 in total]. Six volunteers needed to man all 3 checkpoints. Discussion re. committee members part-taking in this event - decision taken that committee members can part-take even if they are manning checkpoints.Reminder email to book as rooms going fast!

• Noel will also setup a link to the chosen Charity Purple Heart House so members can view full description/purpose of this Charity.

• Do not use RSVP on Website – Part-taking in all Events will be controlled through WhatsApp.

• FIM Rally – Denmark – general discussion among the FIM WhatsApp Group about long distance and waiting to see the FIM Agenda when its issued.

• WhatsApp Groups – encourage members to new DMTC Webpage.

• Change Photo Rally closing date 30th September on Webpage.

• Generic Email Addresses for Secretary/Membership/Chairman/Shop/Treasurer

• WhatsApp going forward use the Poll feature instead of thumbs up?

• DMTC Calendar – Abbey Badges requested a review – Bike world want their logo displayed and 2

  services highlighted – these calendars will be advertised to members for sale when available.

• Noel will setup instructions for setting up App button on phones to easy access the new Webpage.

• New members ONLY receiving membership card through post – current members can pick up cards at

  the various events throughout the year.
