POKER RUN

• All organised – nothing to review.

WAYWEST

• 6th – 8th November The Great National Hotel Ballina. Details to be sent by Conor to Noel who will draft the Application Form plus link to the payment details. This will be then sent to the Committee members and after successful approval will be put up on Web / Email / WhatsApp.

• Discussion re. extra night Thursday 5th November and it was decided that to keep this for Committee members only – if members want extra hotel nights they can arrange it themselves directly with the hotel.

• Spot Prizes: Paul to contact Stephen Whelan regarding prizes. Request will also be sent to all members for spot prize donations – a box will be made available at the October social for any prize donations.

• Arts & Culture: Monto Tour – REMINDER WhatsApp to all members to be sent for refunds as there is funds not claimed – if monies not claimed these will be put into the club’s nominated charity Purple House.

• Monthly Runs: 23rd August Remembrance Run is organised by the Kane brothers – Gerry Kane has all the details and will contact Conor. No Organisers for September and November runs – Davide offered to look at September run and will get back if he is available.

• DMTC Calendar: Photos due latest at end of July.

• Mystery 500 2027: This will be held on 14th – 16th May 2027. Conor will check out the Abbey Court Hotel in Nenagh for available and cost. 40 rooms minimum required including 12-14 single rooms. Cavan Crystal Hotel also suggested.
