• Cavan Crystal Hotel prices €330 + €40 meal – 23rd & 24th April 2027 - 50 rooms booked. Announce booking for this weekend once the Way West is completed or around January 2027– same style booking as done for Way West.

• Way West 2027 - Hotels being looked at Kerry {Kenmare Hotel} & Donegal {Haveys

  Point Hotel} Conor visiting both hotels this weekend.

• Camping Trip – 17th to 19th August – Ballina.

• Email / WhatsApp / Web / - keep all communication going – include link to webpage in members’ email.

• FIM + ARB Chat Groups 2026 – Paul to download photos first before removing groups.

• DMTC Photos – need to look at storage options – Paul & Noel to address this issue and look at sorting photos first.
