Way West 2026

Terms & Declaration

(1) The Way West is a motorcycle event. However, attendees are welcome to travel by other means if preferred.

(2) Availability of single rooms is limited, allocation will be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Don’t delay booking!

(3) Booking Applications will be acknowledged by E-mail.

(4) Please indicate with whom you wish to share, otherwise you will be obliged to accept DMTC allocation.

(5) DMTC Event Bookings & Cancellation Policy: Bookings will only be accepted for the complete weekend event and are on a first come, first served basis subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Booking cancellation terms: Refunds will be made where possible under the Hotel Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

DECLARATION

 

1. I confirm that the personal details on this application form are true & that I am competent to participate.

2. By taking part I accept the risks involved including the risk of injury or death.

3. I declare that my vehicle is safe & complies with the Road Traffic Act i.e. licence & insurance are valid.

4. I am not taking any drugs [prescribed or otherwise] that will impair my ability to take part.

5. If under the age of 18, my parent/guardian has read the above and signed below opposite my name to confirm agreement with the declaration.

6. By booking and paying for the event, non-members are admitted as temperary members.
