(1) The Way West is a motorcycle event. However, attendees are welcome to travel by other means if preferred.
(2) Availability of single rooms is limited, allocation will be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Don’t delay booking!
(3) Booking Applications will be acknowledged by E-mail.
(4) Please indicate with whom you wish to share, otherwise you will be obliged to accept DMTC allocation.
(5) DMTC Event Bookings & Cancellation Policy: Bookings will only be accepted for the complete weekend event
and are on a first come, first served basis subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of
booking.
Booking cancellation terms: Refunds will be made where possible under the Hotel Cancellation & Refund Policy.
